I am a devoted practitioner of body movement and have over 15 years experience in ballet and have been teaching Yoga for over 10 years. Movement has always been an effective therapy for my body and Yoga came to me as a natural evolution from dance. After many years of working as an interior stylist, I felt the need to focus on the interior of my mind and body. While completing 200 hours of Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher training, I began to teach and enjoyed every bit of it. I started to cover for teachers and had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students. I completed a 200 hour Anusara teacher training in 2012 to expand upon my knowledge of the biomechanics of the body and to improve my understanding of movement and injury prevention. Besides precise body alignment, I also learned a lot about the power of the mind. I currently run several Yoga groups and private classes in East Sheen, London. My aim is to bring balance and calmness through movement to create a feeling of expansion, freedom and flexibility from the inside out. My teaching style is enthusiastic and dedicated. Come prepared to have fun, work hard and sweat on the mat. I offer challenging classes for all levels.
