Online Yoga

With online yoga, I offer live yoga classes that can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own home. This contributes towards a healthy active lifestyle, adding movement to your day whether you are working from home or at leisure. My classes provide the convenience you need without sacrificing the benefits of an in-studio practice. I am able to give you personalised corrections and guidance to help you improve your skills and meet your goals.
